The Combination Case is a Needle Threader and Needle Case in one. It can hold needles up to 2 inches long. It is designed for needles #10 and larger. If the wire breaks, a new threader insert (#134-I) can be purchased. Designed not to roll. Has a loop for attaching to a chain or chatelaine. Made in the USA.
